TUMO Lisboa opens its doors in the Beato Innovation District
Comprising self-learning activities, workshops and advanced labs in eight areas - programming, animation, game development, graphic design, film, robotics, music and photography, TUMO Lisboa opens on September 24, 2024 in the Factory Lisbon building.
Combining technology with creativity, this center for young people aged 12 to 18 offers a free, inclusive, and accessible educational program with activities organized according to the school calendar, significantly stimulating the innovative and entrepreneurial potential of future generations.
The TUMO project began in Armenia, where currently more than 20,000 students regularly attend centers throughout the country. The project has been expanding with great success worldwide, with a presence in countries such as Germany and France, totaling 14 centers.
The opening in Coimbra marked the beginning of a campaign to expand TUMO education centers throughout the country, with Lisbon opening to the public on October 7, 2024.
