Browers Beato receives the 2025 National Urban Rehabilitation Award

Browers Beato space , in the heart of the Beato Innovation District, has just received the 2025 National Urban Rehabilitation Award in the category "Best Intervention Under 1,000m² – Commerce and Services".

This distinction celebrates the rehabilitation of the former Military Maintenance Power Plant — and what was built by The Browers Company: a place where beer, gastronomy, and culture coexist in harmony. A space that respects the past but lives facing the future.

The intervention was designed by architects Eduardo Souto de Moura and Nuno Graça Moura, executed by Lúcio da Silva Azevedo & Filhos, and supervised by Iperplano.

Today, Browers Beato combines beer production, experiences, events, and gastronomy — the latter in partnership with the Plateform , which brings to the space a cuisine with identity, flavor, and creativity.

“It is recognition of all the work developed by a great team. We see the quality that the Super Bock Group aspires to for its assets being recognized,” says Tiago Monteiro Brandão , General Manager of The Browers Company, a spin-off of the Super Bock Group.
