Urban Rehabilitation Week is the largest national event dedicated to the themes of housing, construction and sustainability. 

An event open to the city! To all those who seek to live, work and invest there. Lisbon's Urban Rehabilitation Week is an initiative of Vida Imobiliária, in close collaboration with the Lisbon City Council and the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa.

Over three days, with more than 100 speakers in a series of conferences, debates, workshops, and legal seminars, topics such as access to housing, the impact of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) on construction, and the challenges of decarbonization and energy transition will be addressed. Cities are experiencing times of transformation in which urban rehabilitation and regeneration are essential to respond to some of the major challenges of the coming years.
