The Harmonized Dinners at Praça combine conviviality and learning, exploring topics such as the ideal serving temperature, glass selection, and pairing techniques. Each event is an invitation to a sensory journey while deepening knowledge about the art of food and wine pairing. 🍷

In this 3rd edition, Praça invites António Rosado with the Deixa o Resto wines, a family project in Melides (Setúbal) that takes its name from an old local tradition marked by almost century-old vines, planted in sandy soils facing the Atlantic. The proximity to the sea and the family history make each wine an expression of the place and its surrounding landscape.

Each wine will be paired with an exclusive menu celebrating the "terroir," nature, and authenticity in every dish.
