Promoted by Bolsa da Empregabilidade, the event aims to bring schools, students, and companies closer together through a practical and interactive representation of the various careers linked to the tourism sector.

Scheduled for November 20, 2025, at the Fábrica de Pão building, located in the Unicorn Factory Lisboa - Beato Innovation District, TourismON will transform the space into a stage for experimentation and discovery, allowing young people to explore the daily lives of various tourism professions, from the most traditional to the most emerging – showcasing the sector's diverse professions, bringing academia closer to businesses, and providing immersive experiences that spark greater interest and motivation among students to pursue a career in tourism.
