Just a month before Christmas, the perfect time to enjoy cod and olive oil, the 7th edition of the Product Festival, promoted by Praça Beato, is back, this time dedicated to these two excellent products of national gastronomy and culture.


On November 22nd, Praça Beato celebrates the richness of Portuguese extra virgin olive oil and the nobility of cured and soaked cod in Portugal. This festival gives voice to producers and showcases their products, featuring guest chefs who will create special cod dishes. Don't miss the guided olive oil tastings with experts.

Event Program

  • 20 producers from north to south with dozens of references of new (extra virgin) olive oil

  • Riberalves presents, for the brand's 40th anniversary, the premium edition of cod loins (cured for 12 months)

  • Guest chefs: Bertílio Gomes (Taberna Albricoque) and André Serra (Aurea) with creations that combine cod with new olive oils

  • Dishes available from 12:30 pm (until sold out): €9.00 each

    Entry and free olive oil tastings: free of charge.

Guided Olive Oil Tastings (limited places)
A ​​unique and educational experience, led by experts Ana Carrilho, Francisco Pavão, Ana Gaspar and Edgardo Pacheco. Explore aromas and flavors, different variety profiles and quality criteria of Portuguese olive oil.
