Applications are now open for the Startup Summit Lisbon 2026, aimed at startups in pre-seed, seed, early-stage and Series A phases in the sectors of AI, SaaS, fintech, climate technology, healthtech, cybersecurity, deeptech, enterprise software and other emerging technologies.

In addition to participating in the official Guinness World Record attempt, the founders will also have their projects showcased in the online storefront for up to a year, providing an additional opportunity to share their companies with investors, partners, clients, and the global startup community.

For two days, September 17 and 18, 2026, founders from across Europe, North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific will present their startups to an international audience of investors, founders, accelerators, media, and other ecosystem leaders.

An attempt to set a Guinness World Record by hosting a 48-hour non-stop startup presentation marathon will take place simultaneously with live activities at the Beato Innovation District of Unicorn Factory Lisboa. Founders can participate remotely or in person.

Founders from around the world can now apply for one of the slots to present pitches during the 48-hour event.
