On November 30th, starting at 12 pm, Praça Beato will host the first Olive Oil Market in Lisbon, to celebrate the richness of this icon of Portuguese gastronomy. ✨

The program features national producers from North to South and five guest chefs — Bertílio Gomes, Leopoldo Calhau, Udi Barkan, Teresa Colaço and Gonçalo Ribeiro (executive chef of Praça) — who will prepare dishes paired with olive oils of different varieties. 🧑‍🍳

Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in technical tests led by Edgardo Pacheco and Ana Carrilho, explore a talk on strategies for positioning olive oil as a product of excellence, and enjoy family activities such as the children's workshop "Little Olive Tree" organized by Magnolia Method. The fun continues with DJ Fabz, ending the day in celebration. 🎉
