The next Produce Festival at Praça Beato is coming soon, and this time it's a premiere: the Meat Festival, on September 12th.
Vítor Sobral is the guest chef for this edition and will draw inspiration from Portuguese traditions to create a quartet of dishes featuring beef, pork, lamb, and kid. The curation is by Edgardo Pacheco, and the program also includes a discussion-debate on the importance of meat in a balanced diet.
