PRAÇA FEST RETURNS TO BEATO IN MARCH
Praça Beato is relaunching Praça Fest , a festival that will return in 2025 with one edition per season, each with a special thematic focus and a curatorial partner. The first edition welcomes Spring with a free and takes place on Saturday, March 29th, from 10 am to 7 pm , promising a day full of experiences for the whole family.
This event, in partnership with LxMarket , brings a vibrant and sustainable market , bringing together small producers, creators, and brands that promote more conscious consumption . Throughout the day, visitors can explore more than 30 stalls featuring fashion, accessories, jewelry, crafts, home decor, vintage products, and lifestyle items , in a carefully curated selection that reflects the LxMarket DNA. Created in 2012, LxMarket has become one of Lisbon's most iconic markets, bringing the energy of a contemporary hippy-chic street market and providing a meeting point between artists, artisans, and consumers seeking original and unique pieces.
Food, Activities and Music Throughout the Day
In addition to a carefully selected range of exhibitors, Praça Fest offers a full day of programming that celebrates gastronomy, culture, and community in a relaxed and festive atmosphere
Brunch Buffet (11am-4pm) – The best way to start the day, with a varied menu and fresh produce from the market (reservations must be made through the channels, costing €30 per person and €15 for children aged 5 to 12).
The Refeitório, an integral part of Praça Beato , will also be open during the event with its usual menu, providing a complete gastronomic experience for those who wish to have lunch or dinner. You can also expect pop-ups with guest chefs and an exclusive oyster and wine bar .
Pracinha Kids – A space dedicated to the youngest children, with a special Spring workshop – Seed Bombs , organized by Magnolia Method , a non-profit association supporting children and young people. The workshop has a symbolic cost of €5. In addition, there will be an interactive Kids area with various activities in the market building, supervised by the team.
Bar da Praça will be the perfect spot for snacks and a toast – With a selection of special wines and cheese and charcuterie boards, it's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the event with a drink in hand. From 5 pm , we have musical entertainment with a live DJ set .
The event takes place outdoors, on Rua da Praça Beato , and is pet-friendly, inviting everyone to enjoy a special day of culture, leisure, and gastronomy.
