The Open House Archaeology project returns to reveal the city's precious archaeological heritage. In 2025, 53 spaces will open their doors in the city of Lisbon, including the Milling Factory of the Lisbon Museum located in the Beato Innovation District.
“Who wants flour?” is the motto of these two visits to the former Military Maintenance Mill, to discover the fascinating world of flour production in one of the main factories that ever existed nationwide.
The milling factory closed at the beginning of the 21st century, in 2005, having operated with all the equipment that can still be seen today, whose chronology ranges from the beginning of the 20th century to approximately the mid-1970s.
The visits are scheduled for September 13th and 14th between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
Free entry, upon reservation: reservas@museudelisboa.pt
