The 9th edition of MIL Lisboa promises to be longer, expanding to 4 days of programming. From October 8th to 11th this year, the festival and the convention will occupy the same space: all activities will take place in the Beato area.

As is customary for the festival, MIL continues to have as its main objective to be a showcase of the pulse of emerging global music, with a special focus on Southern European countries, and to build a bridge between Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking countries, namely the giant Brazilian market, having already established several partnerships with festivals and showcase fairs in the country.

Every year, MIL welcomes professionals and organizations from various areas of the music and cultural sector, bringing together, over different days of the festival, numerous opportunities for professionals to connect with programmers, publishers, agencies, venues, and other agents in the Portuguese, European, and global music industry.

Between February 10th and June 15th , national artists and bands can apply to perform at the 2025 edition of MIL through this form .

The MIL Lisboa Festival and Convention returns to the city's cultural program after the school year ; tickets will be on sale soon.
